Refunds & Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your campaign has not completed in which case, the following terms apply.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* Customer requests to stop a campaign before completion. This is subject to a 20% service fee being deducted from any refund due.

* Campaigns which we have terminated for reason(s) that are NOT the customer's fault, but some delivery has occurred. No service fee would apply to this situation.

Full Refunds (if applicable):

There are certain situations where a refund is granted (if applicable):

* Customer requests to cancel a campaign before the campaign has been set up in our system but has not started delivery.

* Campaigns which we have terminated for reason(s) that are NOT the customer's fault. No service fee would apply to this situation.

* Customer dissatisfaction that we feel cannot be resolved by other means.

To request a refund, you must contact us through our website at the CONTACT US link preferably or can email CustomerService@Diversified.Company. Include your order number and specific details which have led to your request. We will review your request which may include upper management intervention, requiring an outside vendor to provide documentation of delivery and internal inspection of our systems.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and whether or not a restocking fee was charged or waived. Naturally, any rejection of refund will come with an explanation. You DO have the right to appeal our decision against a refund. We reserve the right to offer partial or full redelivery of your campaign in lieu of a refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (We will process it at the point we contact you, but your bank or credit card company takes the amount of time it takes to process it, which is out of our control, typically 2-5 days.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, typically 2-5 days.

Sale items (if applicable):

If you bought an item at a sale price, any refund is based on that amount paid regardless of the current amount an item is selling for.

Exchanges / Redelivery (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, which in the case of digital products is interpreted to mean that an item could not be delivered, was under-delivered, was misdelivered, etc.  In these cases, we will rerun your campaign in full or in part depending on the circumstances. In the event, we cannot redeliver whether, by cause of us or you, we will review a refund possibility with or without a service fee,  case by case.  

Items purchased with a Gift Card / Gift Certificate:

Just as with a credit card or bank account payment, refunds are issued to the original source of funds. In the case of a Gift Card / Gift Certificate purchased from our company, net funds will be credited accordingly there. Our Gift Cards / Gift Certificates DO NOT EXPIRE and we can retrieve the code for you if needed for future purchases. We can transfer credit on a Gift Card or Gift Certificate that we issued to any of our divisions of Diversified Company at your request.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Being in business since 2004, obviously, we are not a "here today, gone tomorrow" business, however, that's not always enough to win over your trust when, in your eyes, we're brand new. We strive for customer satisfaction, not just because we should, but because we don't want you to be here today, gone tomorrow either. Your success increases our success, so we will work with you on any concerns you may have. The policies listed on this page are meant to provide a Satisfaction Guarantee. As you have (hopefully) read, our remedies include a re-run of your campaign(s) in whole or in part or refunding your money in whole or in part. We have ALL experienced dissatisfaction with at least one company, so we feel your pain when YOU are dissatisfied with us. You'll see that if you experience dissatisfaction with us that we'll work hard to earn and keep your trust as well as your future business. All we ask is that you communicate with us honestly, calmly and fairly, and we'll do the same. Never hesitate to reach out if you feel the need! We WILL listen and act.
